Analysis of Runner Dynamics of Reversible Hydraulic Turbine by Alternating Fluid–Solid Action

In order to study the effect of alternating fluid–solid action on dynamic characteristics runner a reversible hydraulic turbine, turbine model is used as research object, and two-way coupling method iteratively calculate analyze fluid structural equations obtain under typical operating conditions. The results showed that influence high-speed water ring area certain working condition, incoming flow direction forms impulse angle with blade, joint rotating at high speed, vortex structure generated in blade area, speed change inlet has large random fluctuation, which not conducive stability causes strong pressure pulsation inlet. Under different conditions, stress phenomenon obvious, concentrated side upper crown, lower connection. maximum deformation region appears middle comparison modal analysis shows frequency caused by interference very unlikely trigger resonance runner.
